本日精選Paper: Modeling Microblogging Adoption in the Enterprise


以Focus Group召集四個群組討論微網誌在企業內採用的可能變數。研究者依照訪談內容歸結出八大變數,並以此變數修改2003年由 Venkatesh 所提出的整合性科技接受模型(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology,UTAUT)。

八變數分別為:

  1. Reputation
  2. Expected Relationships
  3. Communication Benefits
  4. Signal-to-noise Ratio
  5. Codification Effort
  6. Privacy Concerns
  7. Collaborative Norms
  8. Facilitating Conditions


分別做出八個假說:
H1a: REPUTATION is positively related to PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY
H1b: REPUTATION is positively related to INTENTION

H2a: EXPECTED RELATIONSHIPS is positively related to PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY
H2b: EXPECTED RELATIONSHIPS is positively related to INTENTION

H3: COMMUNICATION BENEFITS are positively related to PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY

H4: Beliefs regarding the SIGNAL-TO-NOISE RATIO are negatively related to PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY

H5: Beliefs regarding CODIFICATION EFFORT are negatively related to PERFORMANCE EXPECTANCY

H6: PRIVACY CONCERNS have a negative effect on INTENTION

H7: COLLABORATIVE NORMS is positively related to INTENTION

H8: FACILITATING CONDITIONS has a positive effect on INTENTION
